Whether you're seeking stress relief, pain management, or general wellness, this group session offers an affordable, relaxing experience in a supportive setting.

A yoga mat is required for the session as seating is limited. We have a few tables and chairs available for those unable to lie on a mat. If you have any questions or need further details, don’t hesitate to reach out.
